Where's my upgrade?

I preordered NS2 a long time ago, been playing in the beta, love the game! I saw that those who preordered before the steam release got the free upgrade to deluxe and a free copy to give to a friend. I have yet to recieve such and I'm just curious as to if anyone else got it yet and if not when can we expect to get it?

    So far we've only announced all this lovely new stuff. Giving it all out over Steam can be a slightly messy process so we've got to sort it all out before we can begin.
