Unable to relocate Upgrades when their Hive dies

Just noticed this while commanding a game. When the crag hive died, nearby shells were no longer able to be relocated by a shift via echo. Really sucks when you lose a hive and need to get your upgrades out of there. When I hovered over the icon, it said they needed "Maturity" even though I had relocated both of them earlier.
