cant connect to servers

I got this game yesterday and this just starting happening. everytime i try to join a server it says unable to activate mod and when i go to the mods list it shows that they are all unactive so please help me.

It's fixed on the allin servers, not a client problem.

Has to do with steamworkshop mods. As the current implementation isn't finished so when someone updates their mod on workshop the server won't update it.

Unsubscribe to any mods on the SteamWorkshop if you're subscribed to any of them.

I am also having this same issue on almost every single server, I have not subscribed to any mods at all... any other suggestions? Just so happens any server I can connect to is across the globe with 300-700ms ping
