When do you get the Key ?

Hello !

I preordered NS2 on this day, but havent received a Beta Key yet.. Which makes me wonder if I wrote the wrong email or what email I actually wrote.. It cant find my email in the database even though I use the email here at the forums. And I've contacted both unknownworlds and humblebundle, I did get a mail from Humblebundle that it was good that I emailed and all additional info should go to them.

This makes me wonder if you get the Beta Key a day after or so ? Im really afraid that I've payed but will get nothing.. Some advice or comfort that I will get to play and when the game is released that I still will get it.

I got my key over two years ago, but I am sure it should be pretty much instantly sent to you.

So in the help tab the email you entered to retrieve your game key did not work?

I asked Humblebundle and they said there was a typo in my mail. Then I got the mail, though the same page opened when the transaction was done. I just missed that you had to click on the Steam™ button to retrieve the key. As it said that the key was sent to my email, not a page where I could retrieve the key. So it was a missunderstanding aswell, but I did get the key instantly I just didnt realise it and they fixed a typo in the mail aswell..

So everything is good and I got to play this awesome game ! =)

Hey, I got my key and clicked steam instructions and it took me to the ns2 site again with the page stating "registrations has been disabled". No idea how to use my key... because I don't know how to get the game.

Yeah, that's an error. Just use the beta key in steam (activate a game) and you should be good to go!
