Pre-order payment questions

Hi, I played NS1 a lot with my brother and have been following NS2 for a really long time now. At first I told myself that I would wait for the Steam release, but for a number of reasons I thought I might as well pre-order now. (Also, sorry if this is the wrong forum to post in. I thought this was the most appropriate one, but correct me if I'm wrong)

The problem is that I do not use any of the payment methods that I can choose from. I do not have a paypal, amazon account or a google account I can pay with. Is there any other way to pay? Or am I just missing something really obvious?

And a question to the devs, does steam take a bigger cut from the sale if I buy it on steam? I love Valve, but I think you need the money more. Its not like they are lacking.

If you have a CC, you can still use it via Paypal.
