Tech Point for Marines

First I'm sorry for my english but i'm not englishspeaker (Spanish). But I'm played NS1 & Ns2 month ago.

At present, Tech points in maps have same use for aliens (Hive) & Marines (CC), but i think that this is small problem for any marine tactics like "Relocate", causing a weakness to marines mobility.

On my opinion Tech Point should be secondary targets for marines, been necessary for unlock technologies like "Jet-Packs" or "Exo-Suits" (Heavy Armor sounds better :P).

This change allows to marines can drop CC everywhere and would need new building for the tech point, necesarry for research any tech in Proto-LAB, or probably replace this building.

In brief, marines are obligated to take tech point for advance on tech tree. In addition, balancing idea, one tech points equals ONLY one upgrade (Jet-Pack or Exo-Suit) being necesary other tech point to develop first dircard tech.

I think with this change marines gains mobility and more posible tactics.
