Is there a roadmap of what additions are already planned for the game (abilities, weapons, buildings, etc) and when are they planned for? (month, or even quarter, would be sufficient)

    you can read the development blog. I don't they put specific dates on when things will be patched, but it has most of the other info you are looking for.
