Placing Cysts?

Is it possible to place cysts in the editor that will create infestation? I want to create a gorge luge race map and I want to cover the ramps with infestation. Any idea on how to achieve this?

    The gorge can slide off infestation in 201 again, so you don't really need it if that's what you want.
