Hi guys,
i have installed a ns2 server on a windows root server with follow spec´s:
i7 2600k
8gb ddr3
100mbit internet connection
but when i start the server with 16 player´s the server tickrate is between 7-16
why is the tickrate so bad?

I hate to say it, but if it is stock-clocked, that CPU may not be sufficient. The most popular servers do at least 4-4.5GHz.
