It is the best server for me here, really low ping!

All in the green zone.

But does it have password? How to obtain it? I am a real teamplayer, tell me one plz.:-)))

It's filled with bots. Probably a test-server of sorts.

Also, lowest ping != best in-game performance at the moment. Its largely limited by the server tickrate, such that its worth playing on higher ping servers with better tickrates (think Inversion, Team 156, HBZ, Australia-Pure).
