    I like the idea, but frankly his abilities (with the exception of the ulti) are underpowered imo. the passive should do something more creative than simply raise base damage. Also, Catalyst should increase ROF as well as MS - especially since it damages you as well. Resupply should be an AOE and maybe provide a small mana boost as well.

    I dunno... I feel like he needs a targetable offensive ability as well - grenades perhaps? flamethrower?

    Good job anyway dude - Anything that promotes NS is a good thing, but this hero seems a bit impotent as he stands...
