Obscure Bug In 1.02b

When clicking on a completely built turret factory, I sometimes found that it would not have a siege turret upgrade icon on the hud.
I'm not sure what influences it, but *some * subsequent factories were able to upgrade to siege level. (this is all on the one map).

Then there's the invulnerable spectators joining as players bug, but I'm sure you're all aware of that.

One time I was playing some guy yelled out OMFG NOW THEY ARE CHEATING!...what a dumb **obscenity** heh

the 2 marines on the team where **obscenity** too...just camped with shotties and an armory next to the cc...map was ns_hera I believe..with the cc in a balcony/sniper type zone and if u go right from the marine start u see a helipad type thing and some land.
