Ammo "depot" Plus Health On His Top

and a commander builded a ammo "depot" with a health "package" on his top, and this "health" was spinning on his top.
i was wondering, how the hell he done that?? oh, and the health doesnt even desapear!!! and if i goted hurted i just needed to go to ammo depot and hit "use" to get my health and ammo filled....
can someone plz tell me, how he do that?<!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo--> i wish all commander knows how to do that, so we didnt need to annoy(annoying dunno) him with "give me health plz".
