can't downoad 180?

in NS2 General Discussion
I only get about 300K and my download stops. I can restart steam or change regions and get another 300k or so and then it peters about again. Anyone have a solution?

    restarting steam is an option which works in some cases, I just left it to leech and it's now at 350-500kb/s, while starting at 38kb/s. Still unstable though and just 1/6th of my max

    I think Valve may be having bandwidth issues due to their massive summer sale.

    Guilty as charged, Bought 4 games and sucking my share. Sale ends the 10th so all should be back to normal as this happens every year.
