Does anyone know how I would go about initiating a refund from my pre-purchase? I assume emailing UW directly would be the best way? Any insight would be appreciated, thanks!

Email store@unknownworlds.com with as much info as you can find (name, paypal transaction ID, purchase date, etc). They can look into it.
