How to "rate" servers?

For me the current build is kinda strange because it's running better on some servers, worse on others.
Therefore, is there a way to get server info which could point to the problem? So that I can sort out client side/connection issues?
tickrate etc? Although I most likely wouldn't know how to interpret the info ;)
