Rather then doing a whole bunch of boring stuff, like not playing like an ######, here are the things you can do to guarantee yourself an instant win:
Marines: A tough one, research flamethrowers or grenade launchers and hold mouse1 while looking in the general direction of the alien team.
Aliens: Destroy the Power Node in the marine base, removing the ability to spawn and leaving you free to do anything you want.

Alien GG is harder, but you can stock up on drifters, then build as many whips and crags as possible in the marine base. Drifters are bugged where they build the whip even if they die, so it's hard to stop. Umbra and Fury as much as possible. Having 2+ alien commanders doing this at the same time makes it easier.
Both methods never require you to leave base. How sad.

Imho right now NS2 isnt about winning or losing, its about actually taking the time to play and explore, finding bugs and getting comfortable with the engine.
Because, how fun is it honestly to instawin round after round by zerging?
