    I only just got mine, of course I used the retrieve thingy on the frontpage so I had it earlier, but I just got what I presume is the automated email this second.

    So it will take a while, try using the retrieve feature.

    Either the retrive to force it, or wait. The later you bough the game, the later you get your e-mail automatically.

    retrieve isn't working for every1, I've tried the retrieve about twenty times now and I still have not received my key. This completely sucks. I feel so left out, I've been playing this game since the first version of ns. I can't even try the ns2 alpha because I have not received this f*ing key. This is straight up lame as hell! :-(
