Paypal has language settings in the upper right corner, might want to use those.
Your question: You need to have a registered and confirmed creditcard or bank account connected to Paypal in order to make payments. The money has to come from somewhere :)

Also you indeed have only 3 more days to get the Special Edition. But you're not going to get a full gaming experience from the Alpha, if that is what you're thinking. It is just an engine test, similar to what we already have (the pre-alpha).
However this Alpha (available on 26th of Juli) is going to be bigger/more complete then the pre-alpha. But it is still a long ways away from a complete game. If you really want the Alpha for access to this engine test, you'd better get some money on your Paypal account. Furthermore the black armor is nothing more then that. It just looks different from the green armor... Not to mention UWE's eternal gratitude when you buy the Special Edition is something cool to own :P
I would get it just to test the engine running any map i make on the editor... :P
i can speak spanish perfectly (native language) so if anyone (including the dev team) needs a hand on that, PM. (I dont know how regularly ill check the forums)

Se escolheres a Standart Edition só podes juntar-te aos testes durante a beta, que ainda não tem uma data mas de certeza q é só daqui a uns meses. E só vais poder usar a armadura verde.
Basicamente, a Special Edition dá-te acesso ao jogo mais cedo e a armadura preta toda bonita quando jogares online.
