Fade reveal? I'm thinking we have another week until then.
Engine enhancements? Possibly.
Spark updates? Most likely.

Or maybe today's update will be a timeline or other hefty promises?

    I was kinda thinking that there wasn't going to have an update this friday .. but a little something would sure be appreciated, as always.

    I think it's going to be a rather ordinary engine test update. At least I'd expect them to get the test rolling properly for a few weeks and then possibly move to more dramatic updates. I'd really like to see them drop at least tiny bits of information in addition to pure tech updates though.

    Who knows though, I've been surprised by the update content more than a few times.

    UWE has done friday updates for many months now related to spark or general information for NS2.

    I definitely want to see engine patches more than anything right now. Modders are taking care of the gameplay part, but we need improvements to performance and netcode before a fun game can actually be made out of it.

    Also, more API hooks for modders. So that they stop randomly hacking stuff together to make it work.
