    I believe what the guys are trying to get at is that it's just physically not possible. Besides, there's always Unlit mode.

    That's a big no... Lower voltages, if I recall correctly, will underclock or even damage your card. I think 9800 requires 500W at least, plus some weird voltage/ampere requirements.

    Yeah, you really need to upgrade your PSU. If you don't, you'll only be causing yourself more problems in the long run. According to the specs I looked at your new card requires 400w minimum. The good news is that a 400-500w power supply won't set you back all that much.

    Oh, and you can considerably reduce your noise output if you get a high-end one (50$ max).

    P.S. Yes, it requires a 400W power supply... I had a 450 laying around here somewhere but I can't find it and it's hacking me off...
