I just found this free FPS, that apparently has been around for a while.

    IMO, Tremulous is kinda meh and NS far superior. But hey, to each his own.

    I tried it and found it meh as well. I'll keep waiting for NS2. They have a comment in the FAQ's about being around long before ns went public, but I didn't see the same level of quality.

    <edit> although, it is nice that they had a linux installer for me to try out their game (hint).

    Yeah... calling first isn't the same as doing it well.

    Also, making the floors the same color as the walls makes it really annoying to remember which way is down when you have a turning camera as you wall climb.
