Are there any new Kharra life forms?

it seems unfair that the marines get new guns but the aliens don't get new life-forms.

I'm going to parse your question as "Do the Kharaa get more than five life forms", and the answer is no, though there are some AI-controlled entities called "Glowies" that float around the alien hive room, performing various functions, including but not limited to creating eggs from which aliens spawn. Also, the alien team will have an alien commander, who assumes an as-yet unspecified form in order to control various aspects of the Kharaa offensive.

That said, there are sure to be some significant changes to the life forms you remember from NS1, perhaps so significant that they could be considered a "new" life form.
