<div class="IPBDescription">cant find the ns fgd in the downloads...</div> I've been mapping for CS for a bit now and want to give NS a shot but I can't find the fgd.

It's in the ns folder, unless there is something different in your installation than in everyone else's. It's just ns.fgd.
