Alien Natural Regeneration on DI areas.

<div class="IPBDescription">Might have been suggested before?</div>Basically, any Alien lifeform would regenerate HP slowly on DI. However this would still be slower than the Defense Chamber upgrade "Regeneration" and would stack with it possibly.

Since I can't make a poll ATM, say Yes/No/Neutral/Other(Your Suggestion).

Another option is to have adrenaline restore somewhat faster as well when on a DI area.

    benefits from DI -> good idea

    But, I believe thats anyway the basic idea of DI, giving aliens
    advantages, benefits, say its "marking their territory".

    I dont know how gameplay will be. I mean if its easier for one team to attack.
    For example for marines its easier to attack, for aliens its easier to defend. Or
    if it will be the same for both sides (power grid vs. DI?)

    we will see in alpha / beta <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile-fix.gif" /> lot of ideas will appear and lot of tweaking and balancing
    will take place.

    Hmm. Another glorious idea, and completely reasonable and logical as DI is, i spose, effectively part of the hive, and the hive regenerates hp. I wouldn't mind see'ing a different effect for different alien types.

    i.e. Skulks gain silence, Gorges gain 15% healing increase, Lerks energy regens 10% faster, Fades gain 20% movespeed and Onos, through the destructive powers of the DI, eat their opponents 50% faster while standing in/on/over DI. All classes gain 1.75% hp regen based upon max hp per/second

    Would the marines get an equal effect to balance this out? Maybe the armory heals? Maybe armour regen within range of the CC? Maybe 10% damage within range of the CC?
