ATI video card driver question

<div class="IPBDescription">go with maker's or with ATI's ?</div>In my attempt to get a better graphic performance, I decided to buy another AGP card (still have an AGP board) to replace my old 9600XT. My current job situation is too risky to ask for a lone.

I bought this Sapphire card below at Tigerdirect.ca (haven't received it yet). Should I go with Saphire's driver or go with ATI's ?

Saphire's driver link says :
Catalyst 9.4 HOTFIX for HD2K/HD3k AGP cards and WinXP 32-bit (if problems occur by using AGP cards)(9-4_agp-hotfix_xp32_dd_ccc)

What do they mean with the first note about AGP card ? There is only one driver download link.

I'd go with the ATI one.
A fix like that should be in a driver that's almost a year older.
