Want to start a Alien only server

My husband and myself play a LOT of alien only in a server under the name coradoor gaming alien only. We as a clan want to get one up and going. We have our own server box (right next to our pcs) that can handle mutli gaming servers.
We want bots as well, the marines as bots not the aliens. Plus would like to have a couple plug ins I guess youd say like being able to build on the walls like in the coradoor servers.
We for a while had a marine only server up but had to shut it down for a while. We went to start it back up and it wont show up now at all in server listings. So we are ready to start all over from scratch to have a alien only server.
Please if anyone can hook us up with a step by step guide and were to find the plugins to build on walls we would be greatful:)
Also if its possible to have bots that arnt totally dumb that would be helpful lol. We have a number of waypoints and maps for a server. have a number of waypoints for the RCbots. But are always looking for more also.
