So if you've watched the recent podcast about the hive then you know what I'm talking about by the "Glowies"

basically I think it would be cool if you spawned as one of the glowies and were able to float around act as a sort of scout/kamakazee and be able to evolve into the other forms

OR

The (extra) Glowies could act as NPC protectors and attack marines that enter the hive area
(Imagine smacking a bees nest with a stick)

Also seeing some of the Glowies floating around inside of the big orange glowing belly of the hive would look really cool

Just an Idea

Also I agree with alot of others on the fact that an alternative to the skulk would be great <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skulk.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="::skulk::" border="0" alt="skulk.gif" />

or while you are spawning, your camera is attached to one of these glowies, then when it lands you egg and spawn <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile-fix.gif" />

hmm, i've gotta agree there. we've got too many of the "same" threads.
that's OK when the other threads are before the first page. but here we've got like four different threads for 1 topic, within only 2 days. (and it's not just <b>this</b> topic.)
