<div class="IPBDescription">Mic problems.</div>Well, finally got my new computer up and running (After some Mobo problems which I totally pwnt the IT guys at.). It's all going well, except ym microphone isn't working.

I've got a Sound Blaster Audigy SE (I know.) and I've tried two mics in the thing, to no avail. When I try to talk in ventrilo with it, I hear, like, static that goes for as long as I'm talking and pauses when I pause.

Any tips? Downloading newest drivers right now.

Are you sure you've set your record input to your microphone?

Is your microphone plugged in correctly?

    Braaaagh

    Fooking Creative.

Every other sound card I've had has the mic jack as a pink color. But, oh no, not them. They've got theirs colored a nice, sky blue. PROBLEM RESOLVED.

Anyhow, anyone know of some good minimalist themes for XP pro?

Well, I had one that was pretty cool. It was like, a dark blue. Windows button was a circular button (not like vista, didn't stick up from the toolbar.) Got it off of Deviantart but I can't find it now.

    Also, you misspelled going. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink-fix.gif" />

Typos are generally considered different that misspelling a word: one is a slip of the finger, the other laxity of the mind.
