Copyright infringment - Trouble?
<div class="IPBDescription"> and how much?</div>Okay, so today.. Comcast sends an e-mail to our account about Macromedia contacting them about a torrent I downloaded, thing even had the file name and all listed. It was a studio pack, mainly I just wanted Dreamweaver 8 out of it, but yeah. So, I delete the .rar that I got, and the installation of it...
Question is, how much trouble am I in regardless?

As far as being in trouble - I wouldn't worry too much about it. Many of the threats made are scare tactics and basically they've already done what they set out to do - you've uninstalled the files which means you're going to either a) not use the program or b) buy it. Unless it specifically mentioned legal action in the email.. then I would be concerned.
I'd take my advice with a grain of salt though - I'm no expert on these things by any means.
and yah, what did the EMail actually say?

If you have a wireless router, blame it on a leacher. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink-fix.gif" />

Nope. Entrapment is when you convince someone to do something that they normally would not do.

It sounds like Adobe found the violation and told his ISP to pass it along.
You probably won't be sued (software companies aren't really doing that large scale), but you could lose your internet access for violating your TOS.
The email you got probably tells you what to do next. Read it carefully.
