This is the same species of spider as Bessie (except Bessie has a black cephalothorax, that's the part with the legs attached) except that I found her today and it crawled into my shirt (they do like burrowing). I was actually quite concerned about being bitten, but I managed to lure her out and onto a table for some photos (which she politely sat for). She's now sitting in a little plastic container and I'm debating releasing or making her a pet. I'll probably release her. One spider is enough trouble as it is.

Errr, i shouldnt have read this topic... Im itcy all over for no reason, especially around my barefoot toes. Good thing i live in the north, less spiders around my area <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin-fix.gif" /> (much more effective than the hills).
