The reason why all enemies in a close range show up no matter if the are in line of sight (LOS) or not is due to that given call is much cheaper performance wise than a LOS check.

A combination of 5 positive ratings (agree/awesome) on your post makes the top of it have the blue bar. Additionally, someone with forum powers can promote your post and it'll do the same effect.

Aside from FBX support, the only other changes were:
As WasabiOne mentioned, we're still on the hunt for the 279 reported issues. Lots more to come, stay tuned!
EDIT: Just FYI, B280 had to be both a Client & Server update. In order to add FBX support the Core and Physics libraries for Spark had to be modified.
- Changed Default main menu background to be Randomized (still uses chosen option)
- Fixed Commander blocking / visibile geometry & props around Landing Pad in Docking
- Updated main menu News buttons to point to new trello board and Steam DLC page (with graphics from Rantology)

Until early December Squad 5 was still in use. The last round was awarded in July. As I understood it they waited until they had enough nominations which took some time.
But as mentioned, in early December squad 5's use became unclear.
The future is unknown with regards to Squad 5 given the recent document of planned changes that came from the new NS2 dev team..
If I get the thumbs up in the coming weeks then we can begin again, otherwise they may have some other system they are working on from the sound of it.

The very reason more servers should start up a workshop backup.
Or they can use my backup server. There is no reason not to if you run a server.
