Re: Time Capsule voting
That's a good angle HCP, you could think of this planet as the Bermuda Triangle of space -- craft that venture in it's direction seem to mysteriously disappear without anybody knowing.
Re: Below Zero PS5 - Lost game save, game breaking bug [44154]
Yep same thing just happened to me, lost a 22 hour save. Was really enjoying the game until this happened. Thanks Devs
Sort your broken ass game out.

Re: Cannot Build or Enter Various Ships
First something that should be happening here right now (even if I'm not the person to do it):
I'm sorry to hear about your issues with our game. We want you to know, that we're committed to bring you the experience you paid for. A game that can be played from beginning to end without annoyances like major bugs, glitches, savegame problems or the game crashing on a regular basis. We're now aware of what has been described here and already looking into possible ways to resolve the issues. We'll soon be able to give you an estimate on how long the wait for a patch adressing this might be. Please rest assured, though, we're working hard to get you back to playing and enjoying our game as soon as possible.
Another update: A newly built Seamoth ultimately suffers from the same fate as the first one becoming non-accessible.

Re: How-to Report Gameplay Bugs!
Hi Devs,
I found a minor bug on the current non-experimental Subnautica build on Steam, in regards to docking a Seamoth on a Cyclops. This bug is fairly easy to reproduce, and is very minor. It is not game-breaking, but is only slightly inconvenient.
Version:
(Steam) Early Development Build 16255 Apr-15
Description:
About 1/5 of the time when docking a Seamoth at a Cyclops, I am teleported to the back of the docking room, half in the ceiling. I have 7 lockers in the Cyclops docking room, which may affect this (I have not tested the bug without them). It is easy to escape this - just "wiggle" in all directions until you fall back onto the docking room floor.
Reproduction Steps:
Dock a Seamoth at a Cyclops repeatedly until this bug occurs. This may be affected by lockers being built in the docking chamber. Let me know if it would be helpful for me to test this with vs. without lockers in the docking room. This bug has occurred from the Mar-2015 build through the Apr-2015 build.

Below Zero PS5 - Lost game save, game breaking bug [44154]
Hello.
I am playing Below Zero on the PS5, build number 44154.
I was 17 hours in when I tried to save and the game said that it failed to save. I tried it multiple times and it did not work.
I restarted the game and the save game was gone. I was at the end of the game and it just... dissapeared.
The save files are big enough on the PS5 for me to think that its still there, but for some reason not showing up in the game.
I have restarted and redownloaded the game many times, also once without the updtates to no avail.
This is a game breaking bug, as it makes you lose EVERYTHING, which really sucks. I didnt think that an officialy released game would have something this game breaking in it.
I hope that this can get fixed. Thank you.

Re: Subnautica Below zero Suggestions
Honestly, have to agree. I feel like the only thing the prawn suit is for is just to get more supplies. It’s not necessary and I’ve nearly gotten to the end of what they have so far only with my seaglide and a base. It’s cool to have but definitely not necessary to the gameplay.
Re: Below Zero PS5 - Lost game save, game breaking bug [44154]
Same thing with me kind of. Lost 48 hours of gameplay due to the game deleting my save file for no reason when I closed the game (I always save my games before closing). I can't believe they would release a game like this.
Re: Below Zero PS5 - Lost game save, game breaking bug [44154]
Same here, with version 44154 for PS5. I lost 32 hours of progress. Here’s what happened to me:
I was naming a beacon at Outpost Zero and selected okay. I decided to rename it shortly after, but it wouldn’t me change it (the PS5 keyboard wouldn’t pop up). I went to report the bug through the menu and when I selected the bug text box, the game crashed.
I reopened the game and the error was gone (I could edit the beacon text fields again). So I kept playing and about 30 minutes later I tried to save. Then it gave me the “Save Data Saving Failed. Try again?” message, so I selected yes, but it failed again.
I closed and reopened the game, and the save file was completely gone! All it was showing was “New Game”.
I went into the PS5’s Settings: —> Storage —> Console Storage —> Saved Data and save data shows in both the PS5 Games and PS4 Games sections for some reason. The weird thing is the save files are 30 minutes apart, but around the time when the game crashed.
The save files are still here in the PS5’s storage, but loading up the game doesn’t load the last saved filed. It still just says, “Start New Game”. I’m guessing my save file got corrupted somehow. Is there anything I can do to keep playing my current play through? Thanks.

Re: Subnautica on Nintendo Switch - massive savegame problems
Hey I made an account on this website just to post about this problem. I have put 11 hours into this game and it has been great except for the fact that my save file is now corrupted. I manually saved after exploring an island and got into my seamoth which made the game crash. im playing on a nintendo switch btw. there was a voice message or pda thing on the beach shore before it crashed and now its not there. none of the voice messages are on the island anymore and containers are open as though i already looted them when im at the point before when i barely arrived at the island. none of the items i found on the island are on me. I doubt i can progress through the story now as the pda was part of the main story. i really dont want to start a new game but how are bugs like these still around at this point? i get its new on the switch so im hoping it will be fixed soon, but even if it is, i doubt that will fix my save file. get it together pls.
Re: We are Disabling Steam Cloud Saves for Below Zero - Subnautica
@karyonite I think you have the timeline confused. The seaworthy update added cloud saves, then the developers found issues, made this post, and disabled cloud saves. The 1.0 update was not supposed to add cloud saves back; that is expected at a later time.
