Re: Subnautica Below zero Suggestions
It would be small, fast, lightweight, strong, and it could be attached to the seatrucks charging holding bay.
More Vehicles?
There is a lot of people starting discussions on vehicles and more base parts, blah, blah...
This is getting a bit out of control and things just seem a big silly and or not with the spirit of the game. For example ANY HOVERCRAFTS! all the hovercraft ideas are just plain weird and seem cheaty. A very fast vehicle that hovers above the water carrying a cyclops worth of resources across the ocean within two seconds is stupid, this game is about exploration and the journy.
There are more ideas on weird hybrid seamoths, basically, people are trying to get the devs to make weird submersibles to fulfil their every need.
This game is about adventure and the struggle for surviving, the moment when you realise you're about to die from thirst! I just don't think we need all these new funky ships floating around!
Anyway, that's just my opinion, so vote and tell us why you think we need a wider range of things to traverse the seas, or if we've got enough already.

Re: We are Disabling Steam Cloud Saves for Below Zero - Subnautica
I realised that cloud support, though mentioned in the Seaworthy video in the 1.0 blog post, has not been turned back on. I'll await further instructions
PS5 game crashing at glacial bases
At this point I've invested over 20 hours into the game and have experienced few glitches but tons of crashes.
For the most part, the crashes aren't random. The three consistent but minor ones for example are if I'm at the lilypad biome and I try to go to the east side of delta base, the game will crash. Or if I'm at the lilypad biome and I try to go towards the life pod through the purple vents, the game will crash (but doing the opposite works fine, oddly enough). The last being if I'm at the life pod and try to go north along the glacial wall, the game will crash. These aren't game breaking and I have found routes to avoid them, but it's annoying.
But thats not the worst of it. The worst has to due with the alterra glacial bases, specifically phi robotics and outpost zero. You can't go anywhere near these bases without the game crashing. You can't go through the portal to try and get into phi robotics either. This completely ruins the game and the experience. You miss out on a bunch of story lore, including the leviathan and Sam's story, and a bunch of blueprints as well, such as the snow fox and snow suit.
It makes me believe that the devs didn't bother play testing their own game on the PS5 prior to release, because many other ps5 players are experiencing the same issue and if the devs actually play tested it, it wouldn't take them much to discover how broken it is.
And the most disappointing thing out of all of this is, that despite how annoying it is to miss out on the lore, it surprisingly doesn't matter. Without spoiling too much, I was able to use the prawn suit to carefully jump around and avoid getting to close to outpost zero, and was able to get to the final area and beat the game, meaning that phi robotics, the leviathan, and Sam's story had no bearing on the game and isn't even a requirement to beat it. I know it's not big related, and it's a completely different conversation but its just disappointing.

Re: Coop or multiplayer in Subnautica? I'm afraid not.
Well, you might already know my opinion. In fact, my very first post to this very forum was on this topic. Namely, I do support this.
What people might not be understanding is that Subnautica is not exacly a pure sandbox survival type dealio nor is that the emphasis. That's why there is a static map with non-alterable terrain. (as of recent updates in fact)
It's more accurate to say Subnautica, as a final product, will be an exploration-adventure game with some emphasis being on uncovering the story and surviving in a big lonely scary ocean. But there is a linear progression and likely an ending. I'd say the Skyrim/Fallout comparisons in particular are very apt. Perhaps Metroid is one to consider too.
To be fair, though, I can definitely understand the position of anyone who is upset because this isn't what they wanted to pay for when they bought the game in early access. It's understandable and nobody should hold it against you for being cross. But at the same time, this is what Early Access is about. The game isn't really "out" yet and putting your money on any game in early access is always going to be a huge gamble. This should be your wakeup call to be careful about your early access purchases and to consider not preordering games more generally. It's just not a good idea most of the time. But I still sympathize with however you might feel about this.
Okay, all that said? Keep in mind when bringing up Don't Starve Together that DS was kind of a freak success. Not even Klei (the developers) were likely expecting it to do so well. They were flush with resources and they'd given DS so much content that, yes, it seemed logical to them to move to developing an oft-requested multiplayer version. We can only hope Unknown Worlds winds up in a position where they're on fire and can hire tons of people and development can suddenly pick up a lot of pace like that. But as it is, if they started developing for multiplayer right now, they game as we know it would stagnate. Imagine not getting another significant content update for, say, 24-36 months or more. That would kill Subnautica. They're making a practical choice as well as an artistic one, for what resources they can develop right now.
BTW, devs? I for one would be totally interested in a sequel that went the more Minecrafty route with proc-gen environs and developed with multiplayer in mind from the top. Would even follow nicely if the story to the first game has a relatively happy or optimistic ending.

Re: Subnautica : Below Zero. Bugs found by me.
10 (updated). Very very stupid orbital support. I think, developers need to review the filling of the parcel from Space. In second drop - ~100 cells empty and !!!one!!! item in cargo. A lot of food, of first aid and of water. It's would be normal.
This is a gripe, not a bug.
Xbox Game Pass
You have done Subnautica on Xbox Game Pass for PC and XBOX SERIES X|S. So why you not do the same with Subnautica Below Zero?
Zrobiliście Subnauticę na Xbox Game Pass na PC i XBOX SERIES X|S. Więc czemu nie zrobicie tego samego z Subnauticą Below Zero?

Re: Some minor bugs
I think the sea truck kicks you right out when you leave if its at a angle down or up, as you cant walk in a vertical (or near) base
Re: Subnautica for ps4?
Right now, well noo... For now, with Subnautica being in a pre-alpharelease status. Sony doesn't allow games on their platform in this state. The devs have shown interest in Playstation, but for now their hands are tied. Sony has no early access like Steam early access or the Xbox preview program
Re: Below Zero: Teleporter in the teleportation room at the end of the game not loading in.
To follow up, I was able to get the portal to load, only by renaming/deleting the cellscache folder WHILE THE GAME IS RUNNING, i.e. main menu as robig2 did.
I tried it multiple times without the game running and it did not work. My guess is starting up the game copies a backup of that folder from somewhere because it would regenerate before I loaded the save and still have no portal.
