The aliens are too strong now! You nerfed the jetpack! Shotties are over-powered! (etc.) We've had a over 100 very astute and very skilled people that have been playing 2.0 for over three months. Please don't post ANY balance feedback for a couple weeks, as it's just too new for you guys to judge. Balance will not be flip-flopping quickly after release, like in 1.0x. Please post other feedback though.
Ok I really like NS, or liked anyway, back in 1.04 when it took some skill and strategy to play. Over all its still a great concept but you see, the problem with your private beta testing is your "over 100very astute and very skilled people". Did you happen to forget that there are not alot of "very astute and very skilled people" in public games? This is what all the aliens being over powered huff is about, there are alot of changes that set 2.0 apart from 1.04, alot of them were bad changes in my opinion, but there were some good ones too, but you are still left with the exact same problem as before. Newbie marine teams vs Newbie alien teams = alien domination. The aboslute only way for marines to win now is with a very good team, its not hard to play aliens, OC's will fend off any newbie marine attack. Your "very astute and very skilled players" aren't the only ones who are playing 2.0, isn't that somethin? Did you forget, honostly, that newbies exist in great numbers in public games?
This has become even further, a clan game only, either you're an awesome player or you're not a player at all.

Edit: Oh and when I say it took skill in 1.04, I'm not refering to the jp/hmg rush, which I refused to take part in, I played most games without HMG's unless we really needed them like, against fades.
