You on normal early access, or experimental?

Please use the F8 menu in game to report these bugs. F8 will include a screenshot of the game, so make sure to look at the egg shells, the black objects, and the orange artifact respectively when you report each one of them. Thanks.

Try updating to Experimental, then clear your cache. See my sig.

What is Experimental? (also by clear my cache do i have to get rid of my worlds?)

All information can be had from my sig. TL;DR experimental is the version of Subnautica that updates literally multiple times a day. Lots of fixes for bugs. Some more bugs introduced. Fixes for those bugs. Things might break, but they get fixed pretty fast.

You don't have to delete your worlds if you follow IGP's guide (It's under cache cleaning in the first link of my sig -- the procedure is the same). Note that you shouldn't have to clear your cache with updates any more, but you might have to if things don't work, and it will probably increase performance, so why not?

Just back up your saved games first (see here for how to add folders to .zip files on Mac)

    To re-iterate:

    1) Back up your saved game files (in Steam, right or CTRL-click Subnautica, Properties, local files, browse local files, then add each slot000 directory to compressed archive)

    2) Update Subnautica to experimental (in Steam, right-click Subnautica, properties, betas)

    3) Clear your cache if necessary. Watch IGP's video below on how to do this

When you press F8 on your keyboard inside the game it will automatically take a screenshot and attach it to the bug report completely seperate of steam. Thats why the dev wants you to look at each specific object having the issue and make a seperate F8 bug report for each.
