also, i'm not real hot on the vents on the main section, the plain black doesnt look right. can i suggest putting like a mesh or something in there, just to break up the flat black?
So why isnt **Grizzly Doing a skin? After seeing some of the work done by him, i think it this model should be done like the High Poly LMG, with multiple skins...

heh thanks guys lol... but im not that great i think theres still room for alot of improvement on many things... you guys are just as good and if u want to get better then keep skinning and with more expirience the better you will get. i remember for the high poly lmg i wanted to start skining so i started out with that and my first one was aight but with time i got better and for my third skin i did it again and thats why i had 2 skins on that cause i kept at it...
try to mix styles make new styles and what not and see what you can get. thats bascially what i do and the critism i get from you guys helps out alot on getting me better.. thanks ;-)

well like i said i wasnt going to get much done today because im lazy.... so i just got the basic stuff down show there was no thing unbased textured.

If I don't get swamped with other stuff (kind of near my finals for this trimester) I'm going to try and get my HP armory done for high poly armory humping action (check the first post for the render).

Something weird about the very top part of the model with Axmaxs skin, looks like the model would be more 'complete' without that part of the model on it, hard to explain.
i didnt do liek any today but im on my crappy 3 days off for spring break now so i can get this done probly friday night altest or tongith if i wasnt lazy

i never really pay attetion to how many layers i have.. its jsut depending on how lazy i am that day... i make more layers when im less lazy.

It's a waste of my time, seeing as Ax's is so much better.
I was thinking... Ill just use the dark skinz, if he doesnt.
