Game freezing during cutscene

I load up the game, set settings to minimum and launch, the loading screen takes about 5 minutes and then during the "Unknown worlds presents" screen it freezes there while audio continues through the crash scene. Of my 8 attempts I've gotten the cutscene to load once for about 4 seconds before it froze again. I tried experimental mode several times yielding the same results, getting the cutscene to work again for maybe 10-15 seconds before freezing once more. I've reinstalled and verified integrity of game cache several times to no avail.
Do you guys think I can't run it, or is this an issue of some kind? (I'm pretty sure I meet the minimum requirements, here are my specs below)
Graphics card: GeForce GT 610
Processor: AMD A6-6400K APU with Raedon(tm) HD Graphics (2 CPUs), ~3.9GHz
RAM: 8.00GB
