Survival Mode Start Problem

Hello. When I start survival mode on my xbox one my entire body is glitchy like its shimmering pixels. When I take my first step out and into the water I sink to the bottom and can't swim. It is impossible for me to get back up. Nor does my oxygen go down but everything else seems fine.

We used to have a similar glitch on the PC where you'd suddenly fall through the floor of your base and you'd be on the ocean floor but the game would still act like you were in the base. The solution was usually to go inside then back outside. Enable console commands and use WARPME to teleport back into the lifepod and try again. That may resolve the issue. If it doesn't, also try using BOBTHEBUILDER to give yourself the ability to build a small base, which you can try entering and exiting.
