Using console is legal ?

First of all this game is fantastic, thanks to all unknownworlds people. Now my question... after about 35 hours of gameplay (in free mode) got 2 glitch on blueprint fragment (stasis rifle reports 2/2 fragment but doesn't complete, pot 2 report as planterpot2blueprint counting 1/1 and not completing) so i would like to fix those error and go on with the game but my doubt is about using debug console, i'm worried about being banned from microsoft for using cheat (debug console) or is it allowed use it in this case ?

Yup! Even the Devs have suggested using it to get around such bugs.

It is in the game for a reason, use them to your hearts content. As EverReddy said above, it is recommended due to all the possible bugs/glitches that halt your progress. It is up to you to decide whether or not it is "right" to use them :P
