Reporting a Map Fix for Refinery-Obs in Transit wall

So i saw someone exposing this map glitch the other day on refinery. Its on transit apparently you can drop a observatory in the wall where marines can build it but aliens can't attack it. Its right next to the RT by the 3 boxes. Ill post images.

What about this? I don't know if it has been fixed, but there was no acknowledgement and I don't go around exploiting bugs.
