Cyclops - Ultra Hull Reinforcement Module

So does anyone know how I unlock this upgrade for the cyclops? Do I find it somewhere like I found the Power Efficiency Upgrade Module at the Aurora, or do I maybe need to find its fragment? If so, where is the fragment located?

    Currently it is located within the Modification Station in Experimental mode. I don't know if it requires any fragments since I tried in Creative mode. This will likely change so the Cyclops will have something similar to the Seamoth Modification station. The Cyclops is supposed to get additional upgrades instead of just pressure compensators and the Power Efficiency Upgrade module.

    For Stable mode, it exists as well, but it requires items that currently don't exist. So in order to get it, you need to use the nocost cheat or be in Creative mode. If I remember correctly, it is available through the Cyclops Fabricator.
