Spark Editor

I want to try the Spark Editor, but it doesn't work for me. When I try to launch the programm it creates 3 processes and nothing happens. And for some reason, I can't kill these processes. I've tryed to launch the programm without LaunchPad, but it didn't help. I've tryed to launch the programm as administrator, but it didn't work either. Maybe, I'm doing something wrong or I don't have required programm.

Windows 7 Home Premium x64
Intel Core i5-3450 3.10 GHz
4 Gb RAM

Go to %AppData%/Natural Selection 2/log-editor.txt and paste the contents somewhere online (pastebin or in a spoiler here)
Also verify files on Steam

I've verified the game's files and it says all files are OK.

The problem is I don't have such a log file. The only log file I have is "log-LaunchPad" and it says:

Time: 2:54:51:

[ 0,000] Unbound/Unknown : Filesystem initialized, cache disabled

Btw I have a russian version of Windows.

No crash dump? No log? Try just launching Editor.exe. What processes start that you can't kill? Is it blocked by your firewall?

Do you have access to the AppData ns2 directory there? I don't see an "editor" folder which would exist if the editor had launched.

Unfortunately, I think the problem is caused by the non-ascii characters in the file path

I named an account "Test".

The only working tools are Builder, Decoda and LaunchPad.

I've found the solution. Spark Editor doesn't support the unicode, so I've changed the language for those kind of programs to english. Now it runs just fine.
