When i unplug the second screen it goes back to normal

I'm just guessing you are talking about an issue with Subnautica and not Natural Selection 2. I have seen issues like this with other Unity games before and they were often GPU (graphic cards) driver related so make sure that your drivers are up to date.

Also it will probably help if you would post some more details about your PC.

If you have no idea what is inside your PC press the windows key and r , type in dxdiag and hit enter. The now appearing screen will contain all needed details.

Moved to the Subnautica forum and put images into spoilers

Make sure you are running subnautica at the resolution your monitor is on start because you are probably not, restarting your computer or changing display settings/replug back to the old resolution will fix it, this happens in a lot of games when issues arises and is probably a windows issue
