Since the Moon Pool was "stable enough" to be built, there has been an issue that seems to be overlooked, as there is no card for it on Trello; if you build a Cyclops, and then start building a Moon Pool near enough to it (even the initial stage of building is enough), the Cyclops will immediately begin sinking. If, on the other hand, you have a Moon Pool already built, and construct a Cyclops too close to it, it will work as per usual for around three to five seconds, and then begin to sink. I have tried this in multiple situations, and the outcome is the same.

Steps to replicate:

!WARNING! DO NOT SAVE. MOON POOL IS CURRENTLY INDESTRUCTIBLE.
IF YOU GET STUCK IN THE CYCLOPS, YOU WILL HAVE TO START A NEW GAME, UNLESS YOU KNOW A WAY TO REMOVE SAID CYCLOPS.
IN SUCH AN EVENT, PLEASE NOTIFY ME OF YOUR METHOD.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

1) Build a Cyclops.
2) Begin building a Moon Pool near to the Cyclops' position.
3) If Cyclops is at sea level, start to bring it closer to the Moon Pool.
4) At a certain distance, the Cyclops will begin sinking, and controls WILL NOT respond.
5) Exit the Cyclops, if possible, as it may have a tendancy to roll on its side, or capsize.
6a) If egress is successful, swim back a ways, and contemplate the modern art sculpture you have just created.
6b) If egress is not possible, Exit To Desktop and reload your game.
