Unable to do experimental mode.

hi im trying to activate experimental mode, i have 2 saves currently in opt out of betas, and when i go to properties and then to the betas tab, it wont allow me to click the drop down bar, im wondering also what the current stable version is? do the list it on the web site somewhere? i dont know if im even up to date on my normal version.
