Description: When a Two Level Base is Flooding, water will not rise through open Ladder Shafts. This does not make sense, as there is nothing preventing the water from climbing. Pressure might prevent it, but at large amount of water would flood in before pressure holds it back.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Construct a simple Two Level Base, connected via Ladder
2. Flood Lower Level by striking it three times with a knife. (Or twice with Diamond Blade)
3. Wait for Lower Level to completely fill with water.
4. Climb Ladder two Second Level.
5. Observe that Second Level is completely dry.

Again a spectacular bug report, but a feature that is under development right now so we will see if it works in a few days/weeks. and if it is still in there we will put a bug in.

    Thanks

Yeah, I agree that they have been changing a bunch of stuff to accommodate the bulkheads, and they are likely to fix it due to the amount of work they are doing on it.

Not sure if this has been mentioned or thought of yet. The base bulk head doors have recently been implemented. They stop floods as they should. Although when there is a flood on one side of the door, and you open the door and allow the flood to enter, you should be able to close the door and have the base AI remove the flood since there is no actual damage on the dry side of the bulkhead. At present I believe this is not happening.
