I got scared.

I was wandering alone in the sea and i find this big cave entrance. I go in deep and once i'm down i find... tentacles. Big. Long. Pink. Tentacles that attack me and deal 15 damage to me.

I might just go back there to see if ther're still there, and maybe do a screenshot, but i'm petrified.

Someone please tell me what was that.

I have no idea, i just looked for half a second at them and ran away. I just saw the suckers on the tentacles and turned the other side.

I was close to snake caves and a lava river. All i remember

Anyway, it MIGHT be the spike trap plants... I haven't used the experimental branch much recently so I have no idea if some versions of the game have them. Other than that it sounds awesome... -ly scary. And I'll have to try and find it.

I don't think crabsnakes are in the game yet. Anyway, I don't think crabsnakes would only do a measly 15 damage.

It's probably just those underground spike things.

I actually found even spookier place. I was just driving around whit my seamoth at the grassy plateus to get some silver and gold, when i noticed a cave. There was stingers in front of it and behind it was a spiders net like background. There was a mesmer and a 3 bleeders inside, so i didnt go there. It cant be a spike plant cave cuz it was only 80m deep.
