Opal Gems in Experimental?

I don't know if I'm just being dumb, but I can't find opal gems anywhere and can't seem to locate any information online about them?
It's a game-breaker for me at the moment as I need them to build a computer chip in experimental...

Ok I realised I was just being stupid - In experimental the Jewelled Disk Pieces are called Opal Gems once you harvest them and look at them in your inventory...

Oh god, you're kidding. I think this might need a relabel. I don't know what was wrong with just calling them Jewelled Disc Pieces. I thought opal gems were something you had to find in the mushroom forest or in a cave.
