Cannot deal damage on my custom map - RESOLVED

I have created a custom map, called 'ns2_combi'. you can find it in the workshop and in the mapping forum here. I have a problem when I attempt to play against bots. The problem being nobody(including bots) can hurt anything.
I thought it may have been my computer but when the map got played on a server we had the same problem.

All teams and structures would not take damage.Both deleted and game fixed since

    Rounds do not start properly, the round timer doesn't start counting. So no damage is a symptom of that.
    Fairly sure something is up with your gamerules in the map.

    Maybe the Ns2Gamerules ent is missing or something similar, anyway there should be something in the server/clients logs which could solve the mystery.

    This is exactly the problem. As deathsrhoud said here http://forums.unknownworlds.com/discussion/comment/2229617/#Comment_2229617 you need to have the "NS2 Gamerules" entity placed in your level somewhere.

    Actually, this is reliably reproducing the spam of...

    inbetween 6 of the stack traces posted above.
    Probably not too relevant but server consoles are spammed (a little) with that after every round end. At one point this was supposed to be looked at.

    I have added the game rules. I chave check again and can confirm it is included. It was previously at the readyroom which was a bit far from the actual map. I moved them to 'War Room' at the centre of the map. Just loaded the map to paly against bots and still no damage can be dealt. Unless if i'm being a fool, the game rules is there. I added it by selecting entity and ns2 game rules. Can someone check to confirm its there. I don't know what elese could be the problem

    I'd start going along this checklist, maybe you're missing something and not having the bare minimum in there is causing this... As in, perhaps it can't set up teams properly?

    @Kouji_San I have now fixed the duplicate locations, an error on my part. In regards to the last part, the ServerUpdate error, I have know idea what that is about.

    I went through every corner of the map and came across a second ns2 gamerules. This may have been causing the problem?

    I have updated the map with te deleted duplicate locations and ns2 game rules. Everything seems okay now :)
